  1. All items are insured during shipping.
  2. All FedEx Shipments require a signature at delivery due to the high value of our items. If you feel your delivery address is in a safe area and the item will not be disturbed, we can deliver without a signature. Please put a request in the comments box of your order or contact us directly
  3. Smaller items will be shipped by the US Postal Service with no signature
  4. If you do not receive your item or it is damaged please contact us IMMEDIATELY.

Handling Time

  1. We do not guarantee that all items are in stock when orders are placed. We receive orders by phone, fax, email and ebay, as well as our website.
  2. Upon receiving orders, we will verify that the item is available and send the item within 4 weeks.
  3. If the item is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify customers within 3 business day. 
  4. You are more than welcome to contact us before placing the order to verify that the item is available.

  2. If the item is damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can initiate a claim with the shipping carrier
  3. In the event that you are not satisfied, please contact us immediately and we can initiate a return shipment.
  4. We will refund your entire order including shipping both ways in the event of a return.
